The referred business must subscribe to a qualifying plan, including local, regional, long-distance, and phone services purchased or leased directly from FSN. Only one referral per business location will be honored, even if multiple services are opened. Both you and the referred business must remain active, paying customers for at least three billing cycles to qualify for the reward. If the referred business cancels before the end of the third billing cycle, you will forfeit any rewards earned. FSN reserves the right to make exceptions to these conditions and may require the referring party to be an active FSN customer.
